Orders and Returns

  1. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us on info@faanoon.com.

  2. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. In this case, please contact us to cancel your order within 2 hours and we will use all reasonable endeavors to do so. You will be eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

  3. If your order has already been processed, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Returns will be accepted only if items are sent in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of receipt), you will be eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. All shipping costs and credit card fees will not be refunded.

  4. All costs related to the return of an item are to be borne by the client. We will provide you with special return instructions.

  5. All refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

  6. Discounted items, made-to-order items, promotional items, limited edition pieces, and souvenirs cannot be returned or exchanged.

  7. Claims for damaged item(s) in shipping must be received within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. It is essential to submit photographic evidence of the damaged item. Upon submitting the pictures, we will review them and ship out a replacement. If the item is out of stock, then you will be refunded the full amount.

  8. Claims for wrongly delivered items in shipping must be received within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. It is essential to submit photographic evidence of the incorrect item. Upon submitting the pictures, we will review them and ship out the correct items. We will send you special return instructions for the wrong delivered item. If the item is out of stock, then you will be refunded the full amount.


Warranty Policy

Faanoon's warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after purchase of the product. On selected products and in instances where Faanoon is considered the seller, warranty repairs will be carried out at Faanoon's authorized service centres. In instances where a product is bought through a seller that is not Faanoon, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.

The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repairing of defective product or refunding the amount of the purchased product (such decision at the product Seller’s discretion). Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.

In cases where Faanoon are considered the seller, a twelve (12) month warranty will be provided for eligible items purchased within Qatar. Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer. In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we'll issue a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available, you'll be refunded in full
